How much will it cost to repair my equipment?
The cost to repair equipment can vary widely, depending on the amount of work that needs to be done and the cost of the parts needed. Generally, repairs costs in the  $300 range, but until we assess your equipment we can’t give you a firm estimate for all the repairs that may need to be done. How long will it take to repair my equipment?
Our average repair turn around time is about 2 weeks. Turn around times may be shorter or longer depending on whether the parts are in stock or will have to be ordered. Also, certain times of the year are busier than others which can affect the length of our turn around times. Our policy is to strive for each repair to be completed in as timely a manner as possible.

Why do you ask that I pay an evaluation fee before sending my equipment?
Like you, we too believe that our time and expertise are valuable and should be compensated. If you approve the estimated cost and authorize the repair this fee will be applied as a credit to the final repair charge. But, if for any reason you choose not to have us repair your equipment, then the fee covers our expertise and time in diagnosing your equipment’s problem(s).

Can I speak with a technician?
You can, but he doesn’t normally answer the phone. The office manager is qualified to answer most of your questions. If she cannot answer your question she will either transfer your call or take your number for a return call from our tech. We pride ourselves in offering the best personalized customer service possible.

Do you sell parts?
No. Our priority is servicing our customer’s equipment.

Can you help me repair my unit over the phone?
We may be able to provide you with some advise, if Randy is not extremely busy, but our first priority is servicing the equipment that is already in our shop. If solving your equipment’s problem is beyond your expertise the best thing to do is either bring it or send it to us to be properly serviced and repaired. I live in the local area, can I bring my unit in to be serviced?
Yes, but local servicing is by appointment only. Give us a call or email us and we can schedule and appointment for you to bring in your equipment. Please download and fill out the AET Service Form and bring it with you. For further information on drop-offs refer to the Drop-off page.

Do you pick-up and deliver?
No, we do not have an available pickup and delivery service.
