Places to visit

Trillium Creek Winery owned by Claude and Claudia Gahard is located in Home, Washington. They produce Pinot Noir and Muller Thurgau. For the varietals, they purchase grapes from Eastern Washington, but all of the processing and bottling is done in their own wine cellar. Claude grew up in France and prefers the drier French wines, while Claudia prefers the fruitier wines. So they make both types

Gig Harbor was founded in 1888 and incorporated in 1946, it is one of the most picturesque small cities in America. It is located on Gig Harbor Bay in Puget Sound across the Narrows Bridge from Tacoma.

Key Peninsula Parks with hiking trails, water access and picnic facilities.

Joemma Beach State Park is a 122-acre marine camping park with 3,000 feet of saltwater frontage on southeast Key Peninsula. Aside from the natural beauty of park and surroundings, the area is an excellent place for fishing, boating and crabbing.

Penrose Point State Park is a 152-acre marine and camping park on the shores of Puget Sound. The park has over two miles of saltwater frontage on Mayo Cove and Carr Inlet side of the Key Peninsula. Wildlife, birds and forested terrain make this a beautiful park.
